What this is
One room at a time. With a pencil. Using the furniture you already own.
Most staging advice tells you what a beautiful room looks like. It does not tell you which room to fix first, and that is the decision that costs people money — because the room you think is worst usually is not. This kit starts with a score sheet that finds the three rooms actually holding your home back, and then walks you through them in order.
No renovation. No shopping list. No belief in anything required. The nine-zone grid is a frame for making decisions about material, colour and light — the same call a photographer or a designer makes. Every move in the kit stands up on its own without it.

What is inside
Listed in full so you can decide before you buy rather than after.
| Part | What it covers |
|---|---|
| The Walkthrough Score Sheet | Find the three things worth fixing before you spend a dollar. |
| The Nine-Zone Floor Plan Mapper | Draw your plan over the grid. Fifteen minutes, one pencil. |
| The Energy Flow Map | A worked example, then your own blank to draw on. |
| The Five Materials to Keep a Room Balanced | What to add when a room feels off, and what to stop adding. |
| Cleaning Hacks | The order, the three products, the spots everyone misses. |
| The Entry Check | The first three seconds, and everything they set up. |
| The Living Room Check | Space reads as value. Removing beats adding. |
| The Kitchen Check | Three objects. Not three per counter — three. |
| The Dining Check | Set lightly. Never formal, never bare. |
| The Primary Bedroom Check | Pairs, and nothing under the bed. |
| The Five-Star Bed | Ten minutes, and the linen you already own. |
| The Secondary Bedrooms Check | A room shown as storage is not a bedroom. |
| The Bathrooms Check | Lids down. Every photograph, every viewing. |
| The Office Check | Clear the desk. Show that the house works. |
| The Basement & Storage Check | Light it far more brightly than feels necessary. |
| The Exterior Check | The mouth of the house. Everything arrives here. |
| The Shot-Day Sheet | One hour, twelve frames, four rules. |
| The kit guide | Four pages: the order to run them in, which of the three situations you are in, what “done” looks like, and where this kit stops and a professional starts. |

Real items, not a description of items
Taken straight out of the product. If these read as useful to you, the rest will too. If they read as obvious, save your money.
Whether this is for you
Buy it if
- You are selling, renting out or photographing a home and do not know which room to start with.
- You would rather work with the furniture you own than buy anything.
- You want an order of operations and a point where you are finished.
Do not buy it if
- You want a home inspection, a valuation or a renovation plan. This is none of those, and it will not find structural, electrical, plumbing or moisture problems.
- You need to know whether a room may legally be advertised as a bedroom. That is a building-code question, the test is local, and the guide names who to ask.
- You are after turnover and maintenance, or AI rendering. Those are separate kits.
