Not out yet

This one is still being written. It will go up on Etsy at $44. Send an email and you will be told the day it is listed, and nothing else. There is no mailing list and no sequence behind that.

What this is

Stage an empty room from one photograph. Clear an occupied one without moving a thing. Show a client a renovation before anyone pays for it. Write the listing, the email and the scope around all of it.

It names no tool, and that is the point. Models get renamed, repriced and retired several times a year, and a prompt library pinned to this month’s product expires with it. Every group names the kind of tool it needs — an image model, an image-to-image pass, inpainting, or a text assistant — and that has outlived every tool it has ever described.

Group 9 is why this is worth buying rather than improvising. A staged render is a picture of a room that does not exist. Presenting one as a photograph of the property is misrepresentation, and no clever wording makes that acceptable. Group 9 gives you defensible language for labelling a virtually staged room and a visualised renovation — and it draws the line you do not cross: you never alter, remove or conceal a defect.

Real items, not a description of items

Taken straight out of the product. If these read as useful to you, the rest will too. If they read as obvious, save your money.

AI Every group names the kind of tool it needs — image model, image-to-image, inpainting, or text assistant — never a product name.
AI Label a virtually staged room as virtually staged. You never alter, remove or conceal a defect.
AI The source photograph sets more of the output than any prompt does. Fix the frame before you fix the wording.

Whether this is for you

Buy it if

  • You already have a model and want prompts that survive it being replaced.
  • You show clients renovations and staged rooms and want to stay on the right side of disclosure.
  • You want to run this as a service and need the scope and pricing language too.

Do not buy it if

  • You expect a tool, subscription or account to be included. You supply the model.
  • You want a way around disclosure, or a renovation quote. A render has no idea whether a wall is load-bearing or a permit exists.
  • You want a per-image price. It depends on your model, plan, resolution and how many attempts it takes, and every one of those moves.
